
Dance exercise is a great way to get fit and have fun all at the same time! Zumba is one of the most popular and easily accessible formats of dance exercise. It combines relatively simple moves with music from across the world: you could be dancing a salsa or merengue one minute, and having a go at belly dance or charleston the next.
Led by Kate Gnych, this is a medium paced class with variations to allow you to work at a level that suits you. You can slow things down if it all gets too much, or pick up the pace and work up a sweat. Join a friendly group - classes are as much about catching up and having a laugh as they are about fitness!
