He also received the ‘Ivor Novello Lifetime Achievement Award’ and has been inducted into both the ‘Rock and Roll’ and the ‘Songwriters Hall of Fame’.

In 2003, Sting received a CBE from Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace for services to music.
