
Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi class includes breathing exercises and gentle stretching. These help to relax both body and mind as well as improving balance, coordination, posture and overall well being.
No prior knowledge is required and the class is suitable for any age or ability.
Classes for the following term go on sale on the first working day of the month before (e.g. September-November classes go on sale on 1st August).
PLEASE NOTE: A £1 booking fee per transaction will apply to all bookings for these classes (cash and card) made online via our website, or in person via our Box Office, before 1 September. From 1 September this changes to £1.50:
