Following the great success of their 50th anniversary tour in 2023 Quill is delighted to announce they are still on the road in 2026!
The show will feature favourite songs they have played over the years and it will be a fantastic trip down memory lane for the longstanding wonderful fans Quill have built up over the years, and for anyone who enjoys classic songs played and performed by great musicians and performers.
Following the success of their album 'Midland Beat' they will be playing a selection of songs from the album, paying tribute to the amazing talent that has come from the Midlands music scene - including Duran Duran, The Moody Blues, Black Sabbath, Ocean Colour Scene, Slade, Steve Winwood, The Move and ELO to mention but a few.
So, get ready for a fabulous night of music featuring the legendary drummer, Bev Bevan. In 2017 Bev was inducted into the Rock’n’roll Hall of Fame, having notched up 50 million + album sales with a music career that spans 60 years, performing with the likes of The Move, ELO and Black Sabbath. During the show Quill will pay homage to Bev’s illustrious career playing memorable tunes Blackberry Way, Changes and Don’t Bring Me Down.
It's not easy to sum up Quill in a few words, but when you draw on deep diverse musical sources, and when long lifetimes of experience inform your stage craft and presentation, wonderfully interesting things can and do happen. If you’re not already a fan of Quill, you will be after seeing what promises to be a superb night of music.
