We have exciting opportunities for casual Duty Managers to join us at The Core Theatre in Solihull.

The Core Theatre is a buzzing multi-purpose arts venue right in the heart of Solihull town centre. Home to a 336-seat raked theatre, a vibrant gallery space and a flexible multi-use studio it’s a hub of creativity and entertainment. We provide a range of services and host a varied mix of professional, community and amateur events including music, drama, comedy and dance.

This is offered on a casual contract basis. Working hours offered will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays, but we can offer some flexibility based around your personal commitments.

We are looking for people who are passionate and enthusiastic who can help us to continue to deliver high levels of customer service. Successful applicants will have proven experience of working in a customer-facing venue, exceptional customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure and identify creative solutions to problems.
